Plant-based
We believe good food should nourish both people and the planet. Many of our dishes are plant-based, made with care and in harmony with the land. Grown in our own garden and sourced from nearby farms, our ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and full of life.
Farm to table
Every dish begins in the soil. We grow much of our produce right here on the land surrounding our kitchen, and partner with local farmers who share our love for nature, flavor, and sustainability. This is farm-to-table, rooted in intention, from earth to plate.
